About the Event
This production marks the group's first-ever foray into classical music (apart from their usual Baroque repertoire) and will feature the wide musical palate of works from highly influential composers spanning a period of more than 150 years. These composers include Luigi Boccherini, Joseph Haydn, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Gioachino Rossini, and Felix Mendelssohn. Acclaimed soloist, Aubree Oliverson, will be returning this season to perform an exquisite piece by Mieczyslaw Weinberg.
The musical offering Kontrapunktus will be performing will be an exquisite celebration of classical music!
