About the Event
SoCal's own chamber music phenomenon, KONTRAPUNKTUS, makes its much anticipated coastal Orange County return with a special live performance of their newest production, "CON FUOCO: An Italian Opus."
This unique concert experience pays tribute to the evolving Italian style that shaped Western popular music from the Baroque to the Romantic eras of classical music. The program features compellingly exquisite masterworks by Giuseppe Valentini, Georg Philipp Telemann, Antonio Vivaldi, and Ottorino Respighi. Internationally acclaimed soloist, Aubree Oliverson, returns to perform a sublime violin concerto by Joseph Haydn.
